Two men jump into sporty car, steam train thunders along track, cu evil villain gloats while smoking cigar in train's cab. Two men in sports car race to save woman. Steam train along. Evil villain hangs out of cab looking for woman on tracks. Police / cops jump onto railway cart and race to scene, woman writhes on tracks, evil villain lights sticks of dynamite with his cigar and throws it at sports car that is racing train. Two men in sports car overtake train and rush to release woman. Cops race along track. Evil villain shakes his fist in anger.
